以下の通り、豊能町光風台中央公園での研究を開始いたします。
拠点名：JST共創の場支援プログラム 住民と育む未来型知的インフラ創造拠点
研究開発課題：DX技術を用いた公園の定量評価技術の開発
〇プロジェクトの目的
本研究は、公園利用者の人数や滞在時間などを自動的に取得する技術を開発することによって、住民の満足度を高める公園政策の意思決定に繋げる科学的エビデンスを取得することを目的とします。
〇研究概要
光風台中央公園に10台の防犯カメラおよびボイスレコーダーを設置し、当該カメラ、レコーダー付近を通過する人の画像撮影、音声データを取得します。
取得したデータは、コンピューターで機械的に解析することにより、特定の個人を識別しないデータに変換した後、公園の利用者の人数、属性、滞在場所や時間、行動等の特徴量としてのデータを研究の分析対象とします。
得られたデータは、撮影データと目視で比較することにより当該情報の精度を検証します。
取得したデータおよび解析後に得られたデータを研究に役立てます。
〇実施期間
2025年３月25日～2029年３月末日
上記の期間、機器は24時間稼働しています。
研究の進捗状況により、期間短縮および延長する可能性があります。
〇機器の設置場所
光風台中央公園内の10カ所にカメラおよびボイスレコーダーを設置します。
設置個所と撮影方向は下図の通りです。
〇管理体制
カメラ、ボイスレコーダー等の機器および取得したデータは、大阪大学および奈良先端科学技術大学院大学が維持管理、運用を行います。大阪大学は、情報管理責任者を設置し、運用・管理体制を構築します。
情報管理責任者は、機器やデータの維持管理・運用に必要な者以外が機器を操作したり、データを閲覧することがないよう、必要な措置を講じたデータ利用ルールを定めています。

ご自身の映像、音声データの削除依頼は、以下の内容をメールもしくは電話でご連絡ください。

3.カメラ付近を通過・滞在した日時

Research and development topic: Development of quantitative evaluation technology for parks using DX technology.
〇 Project Objectives
This research aims to obtain scientific evidence that leads to decision-making in park policies that enhance resident satisfaction by developing technology to automatically capture data such as the number of park users and their duration of stay.
〇 Research Overview
Ten security cameras and voice recorders have been installed in Kofudai Central Park to capture images and audio data of individuals passing near these devices. The collected data will be mechanically analyzed by a computer and converted into non-identifiable data for specific individuals, which will then be used to analyze characteristics such as the number of park users, their attributes, locations and times of stay, and behaviors. The accuracy of this information will be verified by comparing the captured data with visual observations. The collected data and the data obtained after analysis will be utilized for research.
〇 Research period
March 25, 2025 to the end of March 2029
During the period, the equipment will be in operation 24 hours a day.
The period may be shortened or extended depending on the progress of the research.
〇 Installation locations of equipment
Cameras and voice recorders will be installed at 10 locations within Kofudai Central Park. The installation points and shooting directions are as shown in the figure below.
〇 Management System
The equipment such as cameras and voice recorders, as well as the acquired data, will be maintained and operated by Osaka University and Nara Institute of Science and Technology. Osaka University will establish an information management officer and build an operational and management system.
The information management officer has established data usage rules that take necessary measures to ensure that only those who are required for the maintenance and operation of the equipment and data can operate the equipment or view the data.
〇 How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your video or audio data, please contact us via email with the following information:
1. Name
2. Email address
3. Date and time you passed by or stayed near the camera
4. Location (please specify camera numbers 1-10 as far as you know)
